The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai is marking a significant milestone (its 20th anniversary) with a month-long celebration filled with gifts and special offers for the city’s residents and visitors. The festive program encompasses all types of public transport and key locations, from the Dubai International Airport (DXB) to metro stations and the tram line.
From October 22nd to November 2nd, passengers on the Dubai Tram have a chance to win the Entertainer UAE 2026 book, which contains over 10,000 “buy one get one free” offers. At Dubai International Airport, a photo contest for tourists will run from October 28th to November 1st. Furthermore, from November 1st to 15th, visiting ENBD kiosks at key metro stations like BurJuman, Union, and Mall of the Emirates offers opportunities to win prizes and souvenirs.
A highlight on November 1st will be special kiosks at Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and Insurance Market Metro Station. Visitors can participate in a promotion where they have 20 seconds to receive a gift, with prizes ranging from chocolate to electronics. On the same day, a giant photo zone will be operational at BurJuman Metro Station from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The “Balloons and Smiles” activation is also scheduled for several locations, including Onpassive Metro Station and the Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre.
Adding to the festivities, a special 20% discount using the promo code RTA20 will be available at Roxy Cinemas and on Noon orders from November 1st to 5th. These widespread celebratory offers are designed to allow as many people as possible to join the anniversary celebrations and enjoy pleasant bonuses during their daily travels.
